What is your shipping policy for oversized lighting fixtures?

Most of our standard fixtures ship via ground for free on orders over $99. For oversized chandeliers or large floor lamps, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure the glass and delicate components arrive safely.

What happens if my light fixture arrives damaged?

We offer a 48-hour damage reporting window. If your item arrives with broken glass or a dented frame, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team for a free replacement.

Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?

To keep our prices at a discount, light bulbs are generally not included unless specified in the product description. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.

Can I return a fixture after it has been installed?

For safety and resale reasons, we can only accept returns on items that have not been installed and are in their original packaging. Once a fixture has been wired into your home, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers or contractors?
