At Discount Home Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer packaging with all internal padding, hardware, and instructions included to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
